What home care services does Royal Health Care provide?
Royal Health Care Services provides a variety of services, including the following:

What must I do to begin services?
Getting started is easy. Simply call the telephone number for your area and speak with our service coordinator. She will arrange for an assessment by a registered nurse, who will meet with you and your family and provide a Plan of Care tailored to your individual needs. The coordinator will arrange for services based on the results.
Is there a minimum number of hours or a minimum number of days?
Yes. We require a minimum of four hours on each day of service and a minimum of three days per week.
Does Royal Health Care Services screen employees?
All employees of Royal Health Care Services have gone through a rigorous screening process. They are fingerprinted, receive criminal background checks and have their references thoroughly verified for accuracy. All prospective employees must pass a written test and must demonstrate nursing skills. Each employee must also have an annual medical exam.
Additionally, each new employee must attend an orientation given by President Phyllis Ettinger, who gives final approval to the employment.
Are employees insured?
All employees are bonded and insured for NYS Disability and Workers’ Compensation. Royal pays the employees’ social security and insurance costs.
