All employees of Royal Health Care Services undergo stringent hiring requirements. This ensures that each and every one meets the highest professional, regulatory and ethical standards.

Each potential employee is fully screened and tested for competency and skill. They are personally interviewed by president Phyllis Ettinger, and all references are thoroughly checked. Only after we have checked the credentials of our applicants extensively, and are certain they meet our academic and licensing standards, do we hire them and assign them to our patients. All of our employees are bonded, insured, and covered by Workers Compensation Insurance.

Assurance of Quality Service to Our Clients

The Royal Health Care system includes a Supervisory program assuring you of the quality of our services. Our Director of Professional Services will visit your home regularly and evaluate the services we are providing to you. To further ensure the quality of our service, Royal has developed training programs for our personnel. These programs involve all areas of home health care and are taught by professionals in the field.
